按揉腹部及穴位按摩治疗新生儿便秘临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析应用按揉腹部及穴位按摩治疗新生儿便秘的临床疗效。方法:将300例新生儿便秘患儿随机分为三组,每组100例,分别给予按揉腹部治疗(按腹组)、穴位按摩治疗(穴位组)及联合按揉腹部及穴位按摩治疗(联合组)。对比三组经治疗后的临床疗效。结果:三组患儿治疗前各临床症状评分及临床症状总评分比较未见统计学无差异(P>0.05),经治疗1周后及治疗2周后三组各临床症状评分及临床症状总评分均明显改善,且联合组改善更为明显,而按腹组与穴位组比较未见统计学差异。结论:新生儿便秘联合按揉腹部及穴位按摩治疗可显著提高临床治疗效果。objective： According to knead abdomen analysis application and the clinical curative effect of acupoint massage treatment of neonatal constipation. Method： Constipation with 300 infants were randomly divided into three groups,each group of100 cases were given according to knead abdomen（ by abdominal group） and acupuncture point massage treatment group（ acupuncture） and joint press knead abdomen and acupoint massage treatment group（ joint）. Comparing the clinical curative effect of three groups after treatment. Result： Three groups of children with various clinical symptom scores and clinical symptoms before treatment to the total score is no statistical difference（ P 〉 0. 05）,after treatment for 1 week and three groups after treatment for2 weeks on the clinical symptom scores and clinical symptoms of total score were significantly improved,and the joint group of improvement is more apparent,and the abdominal group and acupuncture group was no statistical difference. Conclusion： Neonatal constipation joint press knead abdomen and acupoint massage treatment can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
