摘 要:本文首先合成了双[水杨醛(对硝基苯)亚胺]镍配合物(A)和1-(3-三乙氧基硅烷丙基)-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸功能化离子液体;再将离子液体负载于MCM-41等三种分子筛上;然后,通过浸渍法制备出固定化离子液体基-双[水杨醛(对硝基苯)亚胺]镍复合催化剂(A-ILMCM-41);最后,用间歇釜式反应器分别考察了A与A-ILMCM-41催化丙烯二聚的反应性能.通过红外光谱和热重分析,确认了双[水杨醛(对硝基苯)亚胺]镍配合物和1-(3-三乙氧基硅烷丙基)-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸离子液体的化学结构;发现了离子液体与MCM-41的化学键合作用;证实复合催化剂中双[水杨醛(对硝基苯)亚胺]镍配合物在化学组成上是独立的.对比A-ILMCM-41非均相和A均相催化丙烯二聚的实验结果发现,在同样的工艺条件下,使用A-ILMCM-41,可使二聚体中目标产物4-甲基-1-戊烯和2,3-二甲基-2-丁烯的选择性分别提高8.0%和10.0%.Bis (salicylal (p-nitrobenzene) imine) nickel complex (A) catalyst and functionalized ionic liquid 1-(3 trimethoxy silylpropyl) 3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate were firstly prepared.Moreover,the synthesized functionalized ionic liquid was combined with MCM-41,named as ILMCM 41.Then,catalyst A was introduced into ILMCM 41 by solvent reflux approach to obtain A ILMCM-41 composite.Finally,the catalytic performances of both A and A-ILMCM-41 for propylene dimerization were investigated in batch operation mode using an agitated tank reactor.FT IR and TG-DTA were adopted to confirm the chemical structure of synthesized complex A and ionic liquid.The chemical bonding joint between functionalized ionic liquid with MCM-41 was inferred from FT-IR and TG-DTA information.It was also found that the chemical composition of complex A was independent in the AILMCM-41 composite through FT-IR.Comparing the experimental test results of propylene dimerization catalyzed by A-ILMCM-41 to A in the same test conditions,it was found that the selectivity of goal products 4 methyl-1-pentene and 2,3-dimethyl-2-butene in dimers were improved 8.0% and 10.0%,respectively.
