中国住宿业能源效率及其变化——基于DEA模型和Malmquist指数

摘　　要：以省级行政区为单元,利用数据包络分析法(DEA)和Malmquist指数测度2005-2011年中国住宿业能源效率及变化情况,结果表明:(1)我国住宿业能源效率水平一般,只有少数省份达到能源效率、纯技术效率和规模效率有效.按区域分类特征显示,东部地区能源效率、纯技术效率高于中西部地区,呈现出与中国东中西区域经济格局相似的特征.规模效率则中部地区高于东部地区和西部地区.纯技术效率对能源效率的影响大于规模效率.(2)2005-2011年,中国住宿业全要素能源效率整体上是逐步提高的,2008-2011年的提高幅度和速度均快于2005-2008年.技术进步的幅度和速度均高于技术效率提高的幅度和速度,技术进步是全要素能源效率提高的关键.从区域能源效率及分解的变动特征看,东中西三大区域住宿业全要素能源效率变化和技术变化的幅度和速度差异都呈逐步扩大的态势,三大区域的技术效率变动及其分解呈波动性变化的特征.This article calculated the energy efficiency of accommodation industry in China and its change from 2005 to 2011 using the method of data envelopment analysis（DEA） and Malmquist index,The results show that：（1） The energy efficiencies of accommodation were not too high,and the DEA efficioncies,PTE and SE efficiencies of only few provinces are appropriate to the standard.Regional characteristics show,eastern regional energy efficiencies and PTE were higher than central and western china.But the central region is higher in SE than eastern and western regions.PTE is the major influence factors for DEA efficiencies.（2） in 2005-2011,the total-factor energy efficiency of China lodging industry as a whole is gradually increasing; the extent of magnitude and speed of total-factor energy efficiency in 2008-2011 was faster than 2005-2008.Therefore,extent of magnitude and speed of Techch were higher than Effch.Techch was the key factor for total factor energy efficiency.From the regional energy efficiency and its decomposition,the difference of extent of magnitude and speed of total-factor energy efficiency and Techch between three regions was gradually expanding,and Effch and its decomposition of three regions had change fluctuated.
