摘 要:通过9根钢管混凝土试件的轴心受压试验,研究在钢管混凝土结构梁柱节点处开孔对钢管混凝土柱的轴压性能的影响及在开孔处设置加强环和加劲肋的增强作用,分析了开孔形状、开孔位置及加强环和加劲肋布置方法等对钢管混凝土柱轴心性能的影响。研究结果表明:所有试件均在端部和靠近加强环处出现钢管局部鼓曲;钢管壁开孔降低了节点处钢管对混凝土的约束刚度,但由于加强环和加劲肋的增强作用,钢管壁开孔对钢管混凝土柱的轴心受压承载力影响不明显。在试验研究的基础上,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对钢管混凝土节点处开孔后的钢管混凝土柱的轴压性能进行研究,分析钢管纵、环向应力及混凝土纵向应力沿钢管混凝土柱的分布特征.A total of nine specimens were tested under axial load to investigate the compressive behavior of the concrete-filled steel tube columns with openings at beam-column joints and the effects of the strengthe- ning ring and ribbed stiffener at the joints. The effects of the shape of the openings, the location of the holes and the layout of the strengthening rings and the ribbed stiffeners on the ultimate load and confine- ment stiffness were studied. The experimental results indicate that the local buckling of the steel tube oc- curs at the upper end and near the strengthening rings. The confinement stiffness of the steel tube at the joints reduced due to the openings; but the ultimate load of the concrete-filled steel tube columns had no obvious decrease due to the presence of the strengthening rings and the ribbed stiffeners. In addition, numerical simulation using finite element analysis software ABAQUS was carried out to investigate the distributions of the longitudinal and hoop stresses of the steel tube and the longitudinal stress of concrete along the columns.
