摘　　要：旨在建立犬股动脉插管动物模型,采用舒泰50进行全身麻醉,将动脉插管从鬐甲处植入,并沿皮下至腹股沟股动脉处。此模型的建立为采血、血压测定等多项科学试验提供了动物模型。This experiment aimed to establish the animal model of canine femoral artery catheterization in dogs. Along the subcutaneous way, the catheter was inserted from the withers to the femoral artery at the inguinal location under the zoletil 50 with general anesthesia. This study provided an animal model for various scientific experiments including blood collection, blood pressure measurement etc.
