摘　　要：阐述了发根农杆菌的作用机理,对毛状根诱导过程中外植体、发根农杆菌种类、预培养及共培养时间、外源激素添加、酚类物质添加及培养条件等因素对诱导率的影响进行系统的论述,并对药用植物毛状根的鉴定方法及在次生代谢物的合成机制研究及生产、药用植物基因工程、新药物的产生、药物蛋白生产等方面的应用进行概述。This paper describes the action mechanism of Agrobacterium rhizogene,effects of explants,Agrobacterium rhizogene species,preculture and co-culture time,exogenous hormones,polyphenols and culture conditions on the induction rate during hairy roots induction process were elaborated. The identification method of medicinal plants hairy roots,and the application in synthesis mechanism and production of secondary metabolites,the medicinal plant gene engineering,development of new drugs,pharmaceutical protein production were reviewed.
