基于可达性和服务面积的农村图书站设置研究

摘　　要：为了解决目前我国农村图书站建设经费不足和广大农村群众对图书需求量大的矛盾,对新农村的图书站建设进行合理设置,该研究本着以人为本的原则,以利用最少的资源和服务最广大农民群众为目,基于图书站的可达性和服务面积的角度建立数学模型,通过对黄寨镇和李埠口乡交界区域100 km2服务区域群众所能接受的最大图书站距离进行调查,将所得数据代入所建立数学模型,计算出此区域只需建立3个图书站即可覆盖所有区域,并对其中一个图书站的规模进行了详细计算。通过实例证明,基于可达性和服务面积的农村图书站设置研究方法能够适用于我国广大农村地区,适合推广。In order to solve the contradiction between the shortage of funding of library construction in rural area and the demand for books of residents,setting the library in a reasonable way,the article based on the principle of people oriented,for the purpose of servicing for the largest population by using the least amount of resources,from the perspective of the accessibility of library and service area,he mathematical model was established. The data of the residents＇ favorite distance from their home to the nearest library was obtained by investigating the residents living in the area of 100 square of kilometers between Huangzhai Town and the Libukou Town. By calculating the data though the model,the result showed that the area can be covered by three libraries and details of one of three libraries was calculated. The data of the example validated that the method is suitable for the vast area of China and it is suitable for promotion.
