摘 要:针对高压阀门现有的直压或者内压压差法气密性检测系统检测精度容易受到充气截止阀以及充气管路泄漏影响这些缺陷,提出了一种基于外压压差法阀门高压气密性检测方案,在此方案的基础上设计了检测装置的软硬件系统,并进行了实验。实验结果表明,与直压法和内压压差法相比,该系统有效地降低了充气截止阀以及充气管路泄漏等外界因素对检测精度的影响;该检测系统稳定性好、响应时间短,可以适用于工厂的在线批量检测。Aimed at the present traditional air leakage detecting method, the direct pressure or internal differential pressure meth-od had a drawback that the detection accuracy was easily affected by the leakage of cut-off valve and pipeline, a high-pressure valve air leakage detecting system based on the external pressure differential pressure method is put forward. The hardware and software system of the testing device was designed on the basis of the detection scheme, and the experiment was carried out. Experimental results show that as compared with the system by the direct pressure method and the internal pressure differential pressure method, this system is ef-fective in reducing the impact caused by the air leakage of cut-off valve and gas pipeline and other external factors on the accuracy of detection. This detection system has good stability and short response time, and can be applied to the on-line batch testing of the facto-ry.
