摘  要:研究了在环烷酸镍-三异丁基铝(简称Al)-三氟化硼乙醚络合物(简称B)体系中添加磷酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(简称P)对丁二烯聚合活性的影响,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、凝胶渗透色谱-激光光散射仪-黏度计在线联用系统等对聚合物结构进行了表征。结果表明,采用P-B预混的陈化方式,取P与B的摩尔比为0.020,在Al与B的摩尔比为0.7~2.0时单体转化率都达了90%以上。聚合物的相对分子质量可通过改变P/B或Al/B进行调节。P的引入对聚合产物的顺式结构含量几乎没有影响,产物仍为高顺式聚丁二烯;在高相对分子质量级分的支化度较高,所得聚合物溶液的剪切黏度下降。The effect of introduce of bis-( 2-ethylhexyl) phosphate( simplied as P) ligand in Ni( naph)2-Al( i-Bu)3( simplied as Al)-BF3·OEt2( simplied as B) catalyst system on polymerization activity of butadiene was studied,and the structure of obtained polymer was characterized by Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography( GPC),and GPC-laser light scattering spectrometer-viscometer on-line analytic system.The results showed that when P-B premixing aging mode was used and P / B( mole ratio) was 0. 020,the monomer conversion all reached over 90% in the Al / B( mole ratio) range of 0. 7- 2. 0. The relative molecular mass of the polymer could be regulated by changing P / B and Al / B. The obtained product was high cis-1,4-polybutadiene,and the introduce of P had little effect on the content of cis-1,4-unit. The branching degree increased in high relative molecular mass part,and shear viscosity of the polymer solution decreased
