摘  要:以纯度为40%的双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯为交联剂、异氰尿酸三烯丙酯为助交联剂,研究了动态硫化的温度和转速对于聚烯烃弹性体/聚丙烯(POE/PP)共混物的性能以及异氰尿酸三烯丙酯的用量对于POE/PP共混物的性能和转矩的影响。结果表明,POE/PP共混物的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和300%定伸应力都随动态硫化温度的升高而先增大后减小,撕裂强度随动态硫化温度的升高而减小,动态硫化温度为180℃时的总体力学性能较好;随着动态硫化转速的提高,POE/PP共混物的拉伸强度和300%定伸应力都先增大后减小,扯断伸长率减小,撕裂强度则增大,动态硫化的转速为50 r/min时共混物的总体力学性能较好。助交联剂异氰尿酸三烯丙酯的加入明显提高了POE/PP共混物动态硫化时的转矩,其用量以1份(质量)为宜。The effect of temperature and rotating speed on the properties of dynamically vulcanized polyolefin elastomer( POE) / polypropylene( PP)blend and that of amount of triallyl isocyanurate( TAIC) on the properties and torque of POE/PP blends were investigated with 1,4-bis-tert-butyl peroxy isopropyl benzene( BIPB)( mass fraction 40%)as crosslinking agent and TAIC as auxiliary crosslinking agent. The results showed that the tensile strength,elongation at break and modulus at 300% of POE / PP blends increased firstly and then decreased,and the tear strength decreased with increasing dynamic vulcanization temperature. The overall mechanical properties of the blends were better at180 ℃. The tensile strength and modulus at 300% of the blends increased first and then decreased,elongation at break decreased and the tear strength increased as dynamic vulcanization rotating speed increased,and the overall mechanical properties of the blend were better at dynamic vulcanization rotating speed 50 r / min. The introduce of TAIC significantly improved dynamic vulcanization torque of the blend,its appropriate amount was 1 phr( by mass).
