摘  要:以3种常见海洋微藻三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylum tricornutum)、杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella salina)和米氏凯伦藻(Karenia mikimotoi)为实验材料,采用室内单种培养和混合培养方法,研究了不同氮源对3种微藻生长和种间竞争的影响。结果表明,单种培养时,三角褐指藻在尿素组中的最终细胞数量最大,且尿素组中的平均比生长速率达到0.63/d,是所有处理组中最高的;盐藻和米氏凯伦藻都是在Na NO3组和尿素组中的最终细胞数量较大,两个处理组之间差异不显著,且这两个处理组的平均比生长速率都显著高于NH4Cl组。混合培养时,三角褐指藻在Na NO3组和尿素组中的最终细胞数量较大,分别占总细胞数量的62%和65%,在这两个处理组中的平均比生长速率都显著高于NH4Cl组;盐藻在NH4Cl组中的最终细胞数量最大,占总细胞数量的58%,且在此处理组中的平均比生长速率显著高于Na NO3组和尿素组;米氏凯伦藻在3种氮源条件下的生长都受到抑制,NH4Cl组中的最终细胞数量最低,占总细胞数量的1%,而平均比生长速率只有0.058/d,在所有处理组中最低。In this study,effects of three different nitrogen sources on the growth and interspecific competition of Phaeodactylum tricornutum,Dunaliella salina and Karenia mikimotoi were studied in the monoculture and mixed culture,respectively. The results indicated that when the three microalgae were in monoculture,the maximum final cell density of P. tricornutum was recorded in urea treatment,in which the average specific growth rate of P. tricornutum that reached 0. 63 / d was the highest in all treatments. The final cell densities of D. salina and K. mikimotoi in Na NO3 and urea treatments were both higher than those observed in NH4 Cl treatment,but there was no significant difference between the former two treatments,and the higher values of the average specific growth rates of D. salina and K.mikimotoi were also detected in the former two treatments. When the three microalgae were in mixed culture,the higher final cell densities of P. tricornutum were detected in Na NO3 and urea treatments,accounting for 62% and65% of the total cell densities,respectively. And the average specific growth rates of P. tricornutum in Na NO3 and urea treatments were significantly higher than that observed in NH4 Cl treatment. The maximum final cell density of D.salina that accounted for 58% of total cell density was recorded in NH4 Cl treatment,in which the average specific growth rate was significantly higher than those observed in other two treatments. The growth of K. mikimotoi under three different nitrogen sources were all inhibited to a great extent,the final cell density which only accounted for 1%of the total cell density and the average specific growth rate that reached 0. 058 / d in NH4 Cl treatment were both the lowest in all treatments.
