综合护理干预路径对冠心病患者生活的影响

摘　　要：目的：讨论综合护理干预路径对冠心病患者生活的影响，为日后的临床护理提供参考。方法选择2011年3月～2013年5月前来我院诊治的冠心病患者150例为研究对象，随机分为观察组及对照组。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予综合护理干预，对比两组患者的临床情况。结果经过一段时间的护理后，观察组患者的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论通过对冠心病患者给予综合护理干预路径，不仅促进了患者的有效康复，同时在护理前后的差异比较明显，患者能够清晰的感受到自己在康复。今后可将综合护理干预路径在冠心病患者的护理中，进行推广应用，提高患者的生活质量。ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention path on the life in patients with coronary heart disease, and provide reference for clinical nursing in the future.Methods Selected 150 patients for treatment of coronary heart disease in our hospital in March 2011,May 2013 as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given comprehensive nursing, the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, the clinical condition of two groups were compared. ResultsAfter nursing after a period of time, the observation group patients physiological function, physiological role, bodily pain, general health were better than the control group, there was signiifcant difference between two groups,P〈0.05.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention path on patients with coronary heart disease, not only can promote the effective rehabilitation of patients, at the same time differences in nursing before and after the more obvious, patients can clearly feel in the rehabilitation. The future will comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease of path of promotion application, improve the quality of life of patients.
