摘　　要：目的：讨论图文式临床护理干预在先天性心脏病患者中的实践效果，为日后的临床护理提供参考。方法选择2011年3月～2013年9月前来我院诊治的先天性心脏病患者160例为研究对象，随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组患者应用图文式临床护理干预，对照组应用常规护理干预，对比两组患者的临床效果。结果经过一段时间的护理后，观察组患者的临床效果明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05，证明图文式临床护理干预对先天性心脏病患者的积极意义较大。结论图文式临床护理干预作为一种全新护理干预模式，从患者的角度出发，充分理解先天性心脏病给患者带来的伤害，为患者的临床康复及病情稳定提供了较大的帮助。ObjectiveTo discuss the graphic style of clinical nursing intervention on patients with congenital heart disease and provide reference for clinical nursing in the future.Methods Selected 160 patients with congenital heart disease from March 2011 to September 2013 in to our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in nursing intervention group were given the graphics and text type, the control group was given routine nursing intervention, the clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results After nursing after a period of time, observed the clinical effect, patients in nursing intervention group were obviously better than that of the control group, there was signiifcant difference between two groups,P〈0.05, proveed the graphic style of clinical nursing intervention on patients with congenital heart disease had positive signiifcance.Conclusion The graphic style of clinical nursing intervention is a new nursing intervention model at present, from the angle of patients with congenital heart disease, fully understand the damage caused to the patient and provides great help for clinical rehabilitation.
