摘　　要：目的探讨自制乳腺托架联合磁共振体线圈对乳腺疾病的检查效果。方法随机抽取乳腺肿块患者10例,应用自制乳腺托架联合磁共振体线圈进行双乳平扫、DWI以及灌注检查,对比分析灌注曲线以及诊断结果与手术后的病理结果。结果自制乳腺托架联合磁共振体线圈检查乳腺肿块病例显示结果完整清晰,结合灌注曲线后,可以对肿块的恶良性作出较为准确的判断。结论自制乳腺托架联合磁共振体线圈对乳腺疾病的检查效果较好,准确性和科学性较高。ObjectiveTo study the effect of homemade breast bracket joint magnetic resonance body coil for mammary gland disease inspection. MethodsRandomly selected 10 patients with breast lumps, the application of combined resonance homemade breast bracket body coil breasts scan, DWI and perfusion can check, analysis the perfusion curve and the diagnosis and postoperative pathologic results.Results Homemade breast bracket joint magnetic resonance body coil breast lumps results showed complete and clear and combined with perfusion curve, it can be made to the benign lumps of evil more accurate judgment.Conclusion The effect of self-made breast bracket joint magnetic resonance body coil of mammary gland disease inspection has high accuracy.
