地尔硫卓联合地高辛治疗风湿性心脏病合并快速性房颤的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价地尔硫卓联合地高辛治疗风湿性心脏病合并快速性房颤的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的36例风湿性心脏病合并快速性房颤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予地尔硫卓联合地高辛治疗,对照组给予安慰剂协同地高辛治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组总有效率与不良反应发生率比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地尔硫卓联合地高辛治疗风湿性心脏病合并快速性房颤具有较好的临床疗效。ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical curative effect of diltiazem combined with digoxin in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease and rapid atrial fibrillation. Methods36 cases of rheumatic heart disease in our hospital with rapid atrial ifbrillation were taken as the research object, then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was given diltiazem combined with digoxin therapy, while the control group was given placebo collaborative digoxin therapy, the clinical efifcacy of two groups were compared.ResultsThe two groups of the total occurrence and adverse reaction efficiency comparison, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe clinical curative effect of diltiazem combined with digoxin in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease and rapid atrial ifbrillation has good effect.
