注射用利福平治疗68例复治菌阳糖尿病合并肺结核疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨注射用利福平治疗复治菌阳糖尿病合并肺结核临床疗效及不良反应,并与口服利福平胶囊比较。方法选择本院患者68例,应用注射用利福平为主的抗结核药治疗后进行疗效及不良反应观察。结果治疗组临床症状半个月明显改善,1个月多数患者无明显临床症状,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组肝功能异常发生率11.42%、17.14%(P<0.05);胃肠道反应发生率分别为17.14%、25.71%(P<0.05)。结论注射用利福平在治疗复治菌阳糖尿病合并肺结核患者的治疗中具有起效快、不良反应少的特点。ObjectiveTo investigate the adverse reaction of Rifampicin injection in treatment of sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes, and compare with oral Rifampicin.Methods Chose 68 cases of patients in our hospital, observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of anti tuberculosis drug treatment application Rifampicin for Injection. ResultsIn the treatment group, the clinical symptoms improved obviously in half a month, 1 months, most patients without obvious clinical symptoms, significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）, treatment group and the control group, the incidence of liver dysfunction was 11.42%, 17.14% （P〈0.05）, gastrointestinal reaction rates were 17.14%, 25.71% （P〈0.05）. ConclusionRifampicin injection has the characteristics of fast effect, less adverse reaction in the treatment of retreated sputum positive diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis.
