摘  要:任何行动的决策都有多种选择,其"价值"判断标准与其说是人们建立在客观基础上的认识问题,不如说是基于不同的利益、需要和目的所作出地取舍。建筑项目既是一种"作品",也是一种"产品"。本文主要阐述了建筑产品设计过程的本质就是一种资源配置,从住宅产品的社会需求出发调研其应具备的功能,结合案例分析构建住宅产品的功能指标体系,通过强制制定法评判不同设计方案的价值,优选配置方案,从而促进建筑设计方案的经济因素与技术因素融合。Any action decisions have a variety of options, the "value" and said the judgment standard is understanding people based on objective basis, rather than be different interests, needs and goals, make a choice based on. Construction project is a kind of "works", is also a kind of "product". This paper mainly expounds the essence of building product design process is a kind of resource allocation from the residential products, the demand of society survey should possess the function of case analysis, combined with the function of constructing the index system of residential products, through the enforced law judge in different design value, optimum allocation scheme, thus to promote the integration of economic factors of architectural design scheme with the technical factors.
