上海自贸试验区：国际贸易中心建设的新视角

摘　　要：介绍了发达国家主导的全球贸易与投资规则的重构，指出中国要适应这种变化和重构，在此基础通过上海自贸试验区的设立，以开放倒逼改革，进一步深化改革，扩大开放。而上海，应当在此过程中把握机遇，建设国际贸易中心。The author introduced the reconstructin of the rules on global trade and investment dominated by the developed countries. China shoul adapt to the changes and the reconstruction. Establishing Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone will force the further opening and reform, shanghai should;seize the opportuniy during the course to build the city into an international trade center.
