摘 要:汽车覆盖件尺寸较大、形状复杂,容易因自身重力产生变形,从而对零件在检具上的测量产生影响。GD&T(Geometric Dimension and Tolerance几何尺寸与公差)是测量零件尺寸的依据,其合理与否对零件合格率有重要影响。传统评估GD&T的方法是依靠模板和现场经验,准确性和效率不高。为了提高效率,采用数值模拟方法计算零件在基准位置的变形,通过分析基准的变形是否超出图纸公差来评估GD&T是否合理。应用实例表明,采用数值模拟方法评估GD&T能够提高效率,效果良好。The automobile cover panel with a large dimension and complex shape is distorted easily due to the gravity,which will influence the measurement intensively.GD&T(Geome-tric Dimension and Tolerance)is the measurement standard of the part dimensions.The ra-tionality of GD&T has great effects on the qualified rate of the panels.However,GD&T is usually evaluated by templates and experience,which has low accuracy and efficiency.To deal with this problem,the distortion on the reference point is calculated by the numerical simulation method,and GD&T is evaluated by comparing the tolerance and the simulated distortion.A practical application shows that using the numerical simulation can improve the efficiency of evaluating GD&T.
