摘  要:针对钛白废酸提钪工艺中普遍存在的锆钪分离的问题,采用氢氟酸洗涤富钪锆有机相。研究表明,氢氟酸浓度在0.3 mol/L^0.8 mol/L时,锆的洗脱率为28.23%~77.87%,洗液中钪浓度均小于2μg/m L,当氢氟酸浓度大于0.8 mol/L时,洗液中钪大于2μg/m L,且洗液中钪浓度随着氢氟酸浓度增大而增大;洗涤时间小于10min时和大于15 min时,洗涤效果差,当洗涤时间控制在10 min^15 min时大部分锆可被氢氟酸洗脱;单级洗涤效果优于串级洗涤效果;洗涤相比O/A=2∶1时,锆的洗脱效果最佳。The zirconium scandium separation problems always exist in the process of scandium recovering from titanium dioxide production. Hydrofluoric acid(HFA) is used to wash rich scandium zirconium organic phase. Research shows that when the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 0. 3 mol/L ~ 0. 8 mol/L,the elution rate of zirconium is between 28. 23% ~77. 87% and the scandium concentration less than 2 μg/ml. When the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is greater than0. 8 mol/L,scandium in lotion is greater than 2 μg/ml and increases as HFA increasing. The washing effect is poor when washing time less than 10 min or more than 15 min and most zirconium can be eluted for 10 min ~ 15 min. The efficiency of single-stage washing is better than the cascade. When ratio of organic phase volume to water phase volume is 21,the washing result is the best.
