摘 要:以Sm2O3、ZrO2和CeO2为原料,采用固相反应法制备了Sm2(Zr0.8Ce0.2)2O7陶瓷。用X射线衍射和傅里叶红外光谱技术分析了其相结构,采用扫描电子显微镜和电子能谱分析其显微组织和元素组成,用精密阻抗分析仪研究了室温下其介电性能随频率的变化关系,用荧光光谱仪记录样品在室温下的发射光谱。结果表明,Sm2(Zr0.8Ce0.2)2O7具有单一的萤石结构,中等的介电常数及低的介电损耗。掺杂所引起的晶格转变不仅使Sm2(Zr0.8Ce0.2)2O7具有较低的介电常数,而且使其荧光活性增强。Sm2(Zr0. 8Ce0. 2)2O7 ceramic was synthesized by solid reaction method with Sm2O3,ZrO2 and CeO2 as raw materials. Its phase-structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared radiation,the microstructure and elemental composition were examined by scanning electrical microscope and electronic diffraction spectrum,and its dielectric property and fluorescent spectrum were investigated by decision impedance meter and fluorescent spectrophotometer at room temperature. Results show that the synthesized Sm2(Zr0. 8Ce0. 2)2O7 ceramic has single fluorite structure,intermediate dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. Crystal-transformation resulted by Ce-doping leads to low dielectric constant and stronger fluorescent activity of Sm2(Zr0. 8Ce0. 2)2O7 ceramic.
