专利资助政策对高校技术转移的影响分析——以上海为例

摘　　要：以上海为例,分析了专利资助政策的演进及特点,用多元线性回归等方法分析了专利资助政策对高校技术转移的影响。结论表明当前上海市的专利资助政策对高校专利申请数量具有明显的提升作用,但是该资助政策对高校专利申请结构和授权结构却存在着一定的消极影响;高校的专利产业化情况并不理想。最后提出了政策建议。From the evidence of Shanghai,the evolution and feature of patent funding policy are expounded. The article analyzed the influence of patent funding policy on technology transfer of university, using multiple linear re- gressions. The outcomes show that patent funding policy is very helpful in increasing the quantity of patent applica- tions of university. However, to some extent, the negative effect of the funding policy on the structure of the ap- plied patents and authorized patent is also proved. Patent industrialization of university is not ideal . Finally; the im- plications of the research are addressed.
