摘　　要：目前我国在太阳能、风能等新能源产业面临产业层次低、知识产权不足等问题,迫切需要加快技术创新;在促进新能源技术创新方面,公共政策起到非常重要的作用;政府采购扩大了新能源技术产品的市场,公共研发有助于解决研发活动的市场失灵,政府财政资助可以降低研发成本,税收优惠可以直接减少生产成本。为提高我国新能源技术创新,积极实施公共政策,促进新能源产业发展。At present, China in solar energy, wind energy and other new energy industry, facing the problem of low industrial level, intellectual property issues, the urgent need to accelerate technological innovation. Public policy plays an important role in the promotion the new energy technology innovation. Government procurement can ex- pand the market of new energy technology products, the public R＆D contribute to the solution of R＆D activities of market failure, government financial aid can reduce the research cost, tax in entives can directly reduce the cost of production. In order to improve the technical innovation of China＇s new energy, actively take the public policy, to promote the development of new energy industry.
