摘　　要：作为技术创新的区域,知识产权行政执法是保护园区投资者知识产权,调动技术创新者积极性的重要手段。建立具有中国特色的自贸区知识产权行政执法标准,设置合理的知识产权执法机构,消除权力清单和负面清单对知识产权行政执法的不利影响,加强知识产权执法保护与司法保护有效衔接,为自贸区技术创新创造一个良好的法治环境。Technological innovatlon as a region, the intellecLual property administrative law enforcement is a pro- tected Park investors intellectual property, an important means to arouse the enthusiasm of the technical innovator. We should establish the FTA with Chinese characteristics, the intellectual property administrative law enforcement standards, set reasonable enforcement of intellectual property rights institution, eliminate the adverse effects of negative power list and the list of the intellectual property administrative law enforcement, strengthen enforcement of intellectual property rights protection and the judicial protection effectively, to create a good legal environment for the Free Trade Zone Technology innovation.
