摘　　要：以位于包头稀土高新区的包头稀宝博医疗系统公司为案例,在分析了稀土高新区对中小企业创业的积极影响基础之上,归纳了中小企业创业的关键要素,并基于创业过程的分析框架,研究了产业集群中的创业路径选择过程。Based on the case of XBO Medical Systems Co. , Ltd. , This paper analyzes the positive impact of industrial clusters on the entrepreneurial activity, summarized the key elements of SMEs entrepreneurial, and based on the analytical framework of the entrepreneurial process, studies the the factors and choice of SMEs Entrepreneurial Model in the Industrial Cluster.
