新疆部分三级医院护理工作评审结果分析与改进对策

摘　　要：目的：了解新疆维吾尔自治区全省7所三级甲等医院在等级医院评审中护理工作所取得的真实成效及存在的突出问题，进行分析探讨，以更好地开展今后的护理工作。方法由评审专家小组现场就评审标准进行打分，并深入调查。结果新疆7所三级甲等医院护理工作总体、患者安全、护理管理与质量持续改进评审情况均合格，但护理人力资源管理、特殊护理单元质量管理与监测、护理安全管理、确立护理管理组织体系、临床护理质量管理与改进得分分别为（26．71±4．85），（29．00±7．05），（14．29±2．87），（24．29±3．30），（30．00±4．43）分，均低于标准分，差异有统计学意义（ t 值分别为－5．060，－3．754，－3．424，－4．578，－3．580；P＜0．05）。首府医院的总体得分及患者安全、护理管理与质量持续改进得分分别为（169．75±30．01），（35．75±7．32），（134．00±22．70）分，与地州医院的（140．33±1．15），（29．33±1．15），（111．00±2．00）分比较，差异无统计学意义（t值分别为－2．016，－1．958，－1．725；P＞0．05）。结论7所三级甲等医院护理工作评审均达标，但是要取得可持续发展，各级卫生行政部门及医院仍需加大力度，切实破除评审工作中的突出问题。Objective To understand and analyze the nursing effect and existing prominent problems of 7 class three grade A hospitals of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region in level hospital evaluation , in order to better carry out the nursing work in the future .Methods By the review panel on site review standard scores , and further investigation .Results The overall nursing level , patient safety , nursing management and continuous quality improvement of 7 class three grade A hospitals were qualified , but the nursing human resource management , quality management and monitoring in special care unit , and nursing safety management organization system , establish the nursing management , clinical nursing quality management and improved scores, were（26.71 ±4.85）,（29.00 ±7.05）,（14.29 ±2.87）,（24.29 ±3.30）,（30.00 ±4.43）, respectively, lower than the norm, differences were statistically significant （t=5.060, 5.060, 3.424, 4.578, 3.580, respectively;P〈0.05）.Capital hospital’s total scores and scores of patient safety , quality of nursing management and continuous improvement were （169.75 ±30.01）, （35.75 ±7.32）, （134.00 ±22.70）, respectively, and that of after the hospital respectively were （140.33 ±1.15）,（29.33 ±1.15）,（111.00 ± 2.00）, and the differences between them were no statistically significant （t=-2.016,-1.958,-1.725, respectively;P 〉0.05 ）.Conclusions Although 7 class three grade A hospitals nursing evaluation was standard, health administrative departments and hospital still be work hard for sustainable development , and solving outstanding problems .
