中药足浴治疗糖尿病足随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药足浴治疗糖尿病足疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例门诊及住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组44例20mg山良菪碱＋500m L生理盐水,1次/d,静滴。治疗组44例中药足浴（冰片、肉桂各10g,葛根15g,丹参20g,花椒10g,桑枝15g,透骨草20g,桂枝10g,伸筋草20g,鸡血藤30g,红花10g,威灵仙20g）,将药物放入布袋,1000m L水浸泡30min,煮沸,水温35℃～40℃时淋洗、泡患足,浸泡过程不断注入热水,水温保持在37℃,30min/次,2次/d。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡面、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效10例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率90.91%。对照组痊愈14例,显效6例,有效10例,无效14例,总有效率68.18%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]中药足浴治疗糖尿病足效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treatment of diabetic foot efficacy. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 88 cases of outpatient and inpatient is divided into two groups according to random number table method. Control group of 44 cases of 20 mg mountain Dang alkali ＋ 500 mL saline, and 1 / d, static drops. Treatment group （44 cases of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath,Bingpian,Rougui each 10 g, Gegen15g,Danshen 20g,Huajiao10g,Gegen15g, Danshen20 g, Huajiao10 g, Tougueao 20g,Jixueteng 30 g, Honghual0 g, Weilingxian20 g,put drugs in a bag, 1000 ml water soak 30 min, boil, when the water temperature 35 ℃ to 40 ℃ leaching, bubble foot, keep pouring hot water soaking process, keep water temperature at 37℃, 30 min/times, 2 times/d. Continuous treatment of 28 d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results] In treatment group recovered 23 cases, 10 cases were markedly effective, effective 7 cases, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 90.91%. The control group recovered 14 eases, 6 eases had marked effect, 10 cases were effective, 14 eases ineffective, the total effective rate was 68.18%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Chinese medicine foot bath the treatment of diabetic foot results significantly, is worth promoting.
