益气温阳通窍汤联合西药治疗过敏性鼻炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气温阳通窍汤联合西药治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例氯雷他定,10mg/次,1次/d;呋麻滴鼻剂,2～3滴/次,3次/d。治疗组30例益气温阳通窍汤（黄芪30g,白术、蝉蜕、辛夷各15g,川芎、白芷、桂枝、乌梅、防风各10g,炙甘草6g,细辛3g;脾气虚弱加茯苓15g,山药12g;肾阳不足加鹿角胶6g,熟附子10g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、喷嚏、鼻痒、失嗅、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈14例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率76.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]益气温阳通窍汤联合西药治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the temperature Yang： soup combined western medicine to treat allergic rhinitis curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 60 patients with outpatient service is divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group 30 cases of loratadine, 10 mg/times, 1 / d; Cefuroxime hemp nose drops, 2-3 drops/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group 30 cases of yi Yang： temperature soup （ Huangqi30g, Baizhu, Chantui,Xinyi each 15 g,Chuanqiong,Baizhi,Guizhi,Wumei,Fangfeng every 10 g, Zhigancao 6 g,Xixin 3 g; temper weak plus Fuling 15 g, Shanyaol2 g; kidney Yang deficiency and Lujiaojiao 6g, Shufuzi 10g ） , 1/d, Fried 200 ml water, morning and evening oral; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 21 d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group （ 21 cases cured, 8 cases effectively, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 96.67%. Control group 14 cases of recovery, 9 cases, 7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 76.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Yi Yang temperature soup combined western medicine to treat allergic rhinitis effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
