摘　　要：六味地黄丸源于《小儿药证直诀》,是滋补肝肾之阴的基础方剂,配伍组方上具有"三补三泻"的特点,用于肝肾阴亏之头晕耳鸣,腰膝酸软,骨蒸潮热,盗汗遗精,头痛,疯狂,性欲特旺或冷淡,手足心热,消渴等,沿用千年,为著名经方。现代药理研究表明其可显著增强免疫力、抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗低温、耐缺氧、降血脂、降血压、降血糖、改善肾功能、促进新陈代谢、能抗肿瘤、抗细胞突变,能减轻和对抗化疗药物的副作用,改善血流动力学、抗应激反应,广泛应用于疲劳综合征、顽固性失眠及神经衰弱、更年期综合征、阳痿早泄、高血压、糖尿病(肾阴亏损型)、化疗不良反应等病症中,疗效显著,值得深入研究。Liuwei dihuang pill is the result of the ＇Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue＇ , is the basis of nourishing liver and kidney Yin, prescriptions on the compatibility of prescription has the characteristics of ＇Three reinforcing and three reducing ＇ , used for hepatorenal Yin deficient of dizziness tinnitus, lumbar debility, bone steaming hot flashes, night sweats, spermatorrhea, headache, crazy, nourishing or sex apathy, hand, foot and hot heart, diabetes, etc., used in the millennium, famous for the party.
