针灸+身痛逐瘀汤+神灯照射治疗腰椎间盘突出随机平行研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察针灸+身痛逐瘀汤+神灯照射治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序简单随机分为两组。对照组40例身痛逐瘀汤加减(秦艽9g,川芎18g,桃仁、红花各27g,羌活9g,当归、没药各10g,怀牛膝27g,地龙、五灵脂各18g,香附9g,甘草18g),水煎服500m L,1剂/d,早晚分服。治疗组42例针刺,选阿是穴、大肠腧、次髎、腰3到骶1处夹脊、阳陵泉、悬钟、环跳、承山、委中等穴位,泻法或平补平泻,配合神灯照射腰部,30min/次,1次/d;身痛逐瘀汤治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效15例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈6例,显效9例,有效12例,无效13例,总有效率67.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]针灸+身痛逐瘀汤+神灯照射治疗腰椎间盘突出效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the acupuncture ＋ Shentong Zhuyu Decoction plus radiation treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent curative effect. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly. A control group of 40 cases of Shentongzhuyu Decoction （ Qin Qiu 9g, Chuanxiong 18G, peach kernel, safflower each 27g, notopterygium 9g, Chinese angelica root, myrrh lOg, Achyranthes 27g, earthworm, five wulingzhi 18G, Cyperus 9g, licorice 18G）, Shuijianbi 1 agent 500mL, /d, sooner or later the service. The treatment group of 42 cases of acupuncture, selection of Ashi point, colon acupoints, Ciliao, 3 lumbar to the sacral 1 Jiaji, Yanglingquan, hang a bell, ring jump, Chengshan, Wei middle point, catharsis or reinforcing reducing, with infrared radiation in the waist, 30min/ times, 1 times/d; Shentong Zhuyu Decoction compared with control group. Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect.[ Results ] The treatment group cured 10 cases, effective in 15 cases, effective 11 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 90%. The control group cured 6 cases, effective in 9 cases, effective 12 cases, invalid 13 cases, the total efficiency of 67.50%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] The acupuncture ＋ Shentong Zhuyu Decoction plus radiation therapy of lumbar disc herniation effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
