针灸联合推拿治疗颈椎小关节错缝随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察针灸联合推拿治疗颈椎小关节错缝疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例门诊及住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组32例推拿:取坐位,肩、颈、背、腰打直,身体放松。先揉、捏、压,放松肌肉、活络经脉,保持适中力度,有疼痛感为佳,过程中,需随时力度调整,20min/次,1次/d。治疗组32例针灸:取坐位,选穴风池、肩井、肩贞、肩骨禺、百会、天宗、晴明、头维、列缺、大椎;头晕、头痛加天宗和百会;耳鸣加听会和合谷;穴位颈部两侧进行,40mm毫针,时间30min^45min/次,深度0.7寸~1寸,2次/d;痛感处时间可延长,也可减少扎针力度;推拿治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、颈肩背疼痛、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,疗程间间隔5d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率90.63%。对照组痊愈13例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率71.88%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸联合推拿治疗颈椎小关节错缝效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the combined acupuncture and massage treatment of cervical Small Joint efficacy. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 64 outpatients and inpatients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 32 patients massage： sitting, shoulders, neck, back, waist straight, body relaxed. First rubbing, kneading, pressing, relax muscles, active meridians to maintain moderate intensity, there is pain better, process, efforts need to be adjusted at any time, 20min/times, 1 times/d. Acupuncture treatment group of 32 patients： sitting, selection of points the wind pool, shoulders well, shoulder Chen, Jian Gu Yu, Baihui, day cases, Seimei, the first dimension, missing, Ojo; dizziness, headache plus day cases and Baihui; tinnitus plus hearing and gu; sides acupuncture and neck, 40mm needles, time 30min - 45min / times the depth of 0.7 inch to 1 inch, 2 times / d; pain at the time may be extended, acupuncture treatment can also reduce the intensity; massage therapy with the control group. 7d is a continuous course of treatment.Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 3 continuous treatment course of treatment interval 5d, determine efficacy. [ Results ] 18 cases markedly effective in 11 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 90.63%. The control group 13 cases, 10 cases, 9 cases, the total efficiency of 71.88%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Combined acupuncture and massage treatment of cervical facet joints staggered joint effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
