金黄散蜡灸联合通滞祛瘀方治疗湿热下注型慢性盆腔炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察金黄散蜡灸联合通滞祛瘀方治疗湿热下注型慢性盆腔炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将96例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组48例通滞祛瘀方（丹参18g,赤芍15g,木香12g,桃仁9g,金银花、蒲公英各30g,茯苓12g,丹皮、生地各9g,延胡索、车前子各10g）,1剂/d,水煎250m L,早晚空腹温服。治疗组48例金黄散蜡灸,金黄散（姜黄、大黄、黄柏160g,苍术、厚朴、陈皮、甘草、生天南星各64g,白芷160g,天花粉320g）,磨粉取30g,蜂蜜搅糊,薄纱包裹敷关元穴,医用石蜡水浴加热至70℃～80℃,蜡溶化成液体,倒入医用弯盘,药蜡温度50℃,紧密平放金黄散纱布上,外加棉垫包裹保温,并用腹带固定,1h/d,1次/d;方药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、盆腔炎症状评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,有效25例,无效3例,总有效率93.75%。对照组痊愈14例,有效24例,无效10例,总有效率79.17%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。盆腔炎症状评分两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]金黄散蜡灸联合通滞祛瘀方治疗湿热下注型慢性盆腔炎效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the golden powder wax moxibustion combined flux hysteresis and remove stasis type treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 96 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. Control group of 48 cases of flux hysteresis and remove stasis party （ Danshen 18 g, Chishao15 g, Muxiang12 g, Taoren9 g, Jinyinhua,Pugongying30g,Fuling 12g, Danpi,Shengdi each 9 g,Yanhusuo,Cheqianzi 10 g ） , 1 / d, Fried 250 ml water, morning and evening temperature on an empty stomach. Treatment group 48 cases with golden wax moxibustion, （Jianghuang,Dahuang,Huangbai160 g, Cangzhu,Houpn,Chenpi,Ganeao,Shengtiannanxing each 64 g, Baizhi 160 g, Tianhuafen320 g ） , radix trichosanthis, take 30 g flour, honey mixed paste, gauze wrap fu close yuan of acupuncture point, medical paraffin bath heated to 70℃-80 ℃, the wax melted into liquid, pour into medical bending plate, wax temperature 50 ℃, close flat yellow gauze, plus pads wrapped insulation, fixed with the corset, 1h/d, 1/d; Clinical treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, pelvic inflammation, grading, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group 20 cases cured, effective 25 cases, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 93.75%. Control group 14 cases of recovery, 24 eases, 10 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 79.17%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Pelvic inflammatory score two groups have improved （ P〈0.05 ） , the treatment group improved better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） , [ Conclusion] The golden powder wax moxibnstion combined flux hysteresis party remove stasis therapy treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, is worth promoting.
