摘　　要：1580SP轧机为IHI进口设备,对轧线十分重要,其主偏心缓冲装置状态较差,曾出现损坏的情况,基于现场的实际情况,对于此主偏心缓冲装置进行分析和研究,并探讨其对主偏心轴承寿命等的影响,进而为现场的定、年修项目进行指导。1580 Sizing Press made by IHI, which is very important for producing line, the main eccentric buffer device status condition is bad, while had appeared damaged condition in early days. Basing on the actual situation, analysis and research for it, and discuss what can it make influence of main bearing life and so on, while provides a certain reference for repairing.
