摘  要:某冷轧机在生产过程中,带钢表面曾出现严重压痕质量缺陷,影响到产品的质量,困扰着机组正常生产。围绕着冷轧机带钢表面压痕,通过跟踪确定了压痕的形貌特征,分析了该压痕产生的机理,并提出了综合性防治对策。通过措施的优化,既消除了该压痕缺陷的产生,又提高了换辊效率。A kind of serious roll impression mark happened on the surface of cold strip during cold rolling mill was producing. The defect not only affected the quality of the production, but also made the normal produce hard to continue. In this paper, it focused on the defect. Whose reason was founded by site staff after a long time tracking, and then they made a comprehensive optimization method to solve the problem. It not only eliminates the defect of roll impression mark but also improved the efficiency of roll changing process.
