摘　　要：我国纺织服装产业的国际市场占有率稳步上升,且始终保持大额顺差,但RCA指数出现了下降的趋势,且小于越南纺织服装的RCA指数。若TPP谈判成功,成员国之间的关税免除、"从纱认定"的原产地规则和环境保护措施,将会降低我国纺织服装贸易的竞争力。可推动与TPP成员国之间的FTA发展、对外投资建厂、加强环境管理体系建设以应对上述因素对我国纺织服装贸易竞争力的影响。This thesis seeks to study textile ＆ Clothing trade competitiveness of China towards TPP members by means of share of export market, TC index and RCA index. The result shows that China＇ s share in international textile ＆ Clothing market rises steadily and always keeps a large surplus while China＇ s RCA index is on a downward trend and low to this index of Vietnam. If TPP negotiation comes to an agreement, tariff exemption among the member countries, ＂yarn forward＂ rules of origin and environmental protection measures will reduce trade competition of China＇ s textile ＆ Clothing. In the end, this thesis suggests China should promote the development of FTA with TPP members, increase foreign investment and strengthen the construction of environmental management system to deal with the adverse effects from those factors.
