摘　　要：形势政策报告会作为高校思想政治工作的重要内容和载体,在政策引领、理论武装、政治认同、信仰固化等方面能起到良好的育人作用,是坚持马克思主义在高校意识形态领域指导地位的有效途径。高校形势政策报告会育人机制建设是增强形势政策教育针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力的重要保证。加强形势政策报告会的会前研判、内容建构、方法选择、要素互动、效果评估等环节的建设和创新,有利于其构建科学、系统、完善、高效的长效育人机制,切实提升做好新形势下的高校意识形态工作的能力。The Situation and Policies Report , as the important content and carrier of college ideological and political work , has a great effect on educating the young in terms of policy guidance , theoretical teaching , political identity , and beliefs consolidation , etc.It is also an effective way to strengthen the leading status of Marxism in the ideological field of college .The construction of its education mechanism is an important guar-antee to enhance the pertinence , effectiveness and attractiveness of situation and policy education in college . To strengthen the process and element management of The Situation and Policies Report such as pre -study , content construction , method selection , element interaction , and effect assessment will be conducive to build-ing a scientific, systematic, comprehensive, and efficient long-term mechanism of education, which will effec-tively enhance the ability of ideological workers in the new situation .
