金融深化与对外贸易发展的互动关系——以珠三角地区为例

摘　　要：金融深化与对外贸易对经济发展具有重要影响。就珠三角地区来说,金融深化与对外贸易发展之间呈显著正相关,金融相关率的提高有利于外贸发展。金融部门应抓住珠三角地区经济转型机遇,加快金融制度改革,不断完善金融市场,以市场化倒逼机制提高资金的使用效率;加快金融创新,发展互联网金融,为外贸发展提供多种融资渠道;进一步鼓励港澳金融机构在珠三角地区布点,支持港澳资本参股珠三角地区中小商业银行,利用港澳资本的管理优势和先进经验发展非银行金融机构;加大科技投入,加强专业人才队伍建设,提高出口商品科技含量,以贸易主体调整带动金融服务的高品质、多样化,从而发挥外贸对金融深化的引导作用。Financial deepening and foreign trade has the important impacts on the development of economic development. For the Pearl River Delta Area,financial deepening and foreign trade is significantly positively correlated;the improvement of financial deepening rate is beneficial to the promotion of foreign trade development. The related financial departments should , first,seize the opportunity of economic transformation in the Pearl River Delta Area,accelerate reform in financial system, perfect the financial market,and force the improvement of capital efficiency by marketization;second,they should accelerate innovation in finance,develop internet finance,and provide foreign trade development with more financing channels;third,they should further encourage financial institutions in Hongkong and Macao to set branches in the Pearl River Delta Area,encourage Hongkong and Macao capital to hold the stocks of medium and small commercial banks in this area,and take advantage of the advanced experiences of Hongkong and Macao capital to develop non-bank financial institutions;fourth,they should invest more in science and technology,strengthen the fostering of professionals,increase the proportion of science and technology in exporting commodity,and promote the quality and diversification of financial service to give full play to the role of foreign trade in leading financial deepening.
