摘　　要：部分本科高等学校转型发展为应用技术类型高等学校成为我国高等教育的发展趋势,本科秘书教育职业化符合当前形势。本文针对目前多数本科院校秘书教育中重理论轻实践的现状,从人才培养目标、课程设置、实践实训教学、师资队伍建设、毕业实习等角度提出了面向社会的本科秘书实践教育教学的新思路,希望对提升本科秘书人才的培养质量和增加就业优势有所帮助。It has become a trend that some normal universities transform to universities of application technology;and professionalization of secretary education accords with current situation. Through teaching objectives. curriculum, practical teaching, teacher development and internship for undergraduates, this paper proposes a new teaching theory of practical secretary education for undergraduates,which would help enhance the teaching quality and increase employment.
