摘　　要：腐败是当代社会最严重的"政治雾霾",是侵蚀党的健康肌体的毒瘤。加强思想道德和反腐倡廉教育,做到文化与制度并举,是从源头上遏制腐败的基础性工作。中国传统文化蕴含着丰富的廉政思想,其中,廉洁为本的为政之道、仁爱民众的为官之道、戒奢从俭的为官之德、礼法为要的治国之道是中华民族重要的政治文化遗产,对当下中国特色社会主义廉政文化建设具有重要的启示和借鉴作用。Corruption is the most serious 'political smog' in contemporary society,and also the tumor erodes the healthy body of the Party. To strengthen the education of ideology and anti-corruption,pay attention to both culture and system,the basic work should be done from the beginning to check corruption. In traditional Chinese culture are rich clean governance concepts. To be clean is the first,love people makes good official,frugality is good virtue,rule and laws are the priority in governance,all of which are important political culture heritage,and of great significance to the construction of clean governance culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
