对人民币内外价值背离问题的探讨——基于人民币与日元对比分析的新视角

摘　　要：本文从国际视角切入,对比中日两大经济体的货币发展历程,通过分析其各自对外汇率与国内CPI的变化趋势以及国内货币供应量的情况等,得出中日两国在经济发展的特定时期都出现了货币币值背离现象。并进一步对比分析了中日两国产生该问题的具体原因,最后通过日本推行日元国际化和一系列金融改革解决币值背离问题的实践经验,提出消除人民币内外价值背离现象的政策建议。The internal and external value departure of RMB has caused serious problems to our economic. And precisely located the root of this problem is becoming more and more urgent. Based on international perspective, contrasted the development process of the Japanese currency with that of RMB, this paper come to the conclusion that both China and Japan had the internal and external value departure of their currencies in the specific time during economic development by analyzing the trends in their respective foreign exchange and domestic CPI, and the domestic money supply, etc.. And further comparative analysis of the specific reasons of the two country for the issue, Finally we put forward policy recommendations to eliminate the phenomenon of internal and external value departure of RMB by using the experience of Japan which resolved this issue through pushing internationalization of the yen and performing a series of financial reforms for reference.
