我院开展护理评估制度的效果评价及分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨优质服务与责任制护理评估制度在提高医疗护理质量中的作用。【方法】我院377例住院患者随机分为普通对照组(n=185)和优质服务与责任制护理评估组(n=192)。对照组采用责任制护理及治疗,评估组在责任制护理基础上,开展相关护理安全筛查与评估,比较两组疼痛、跌倒风险、压疮、感染发生率、护理服务满意度等指标效果。【结果】护理评估组患者疼痛、防范跌倒风险、压疮、感染发生率、护理服务满意度等指标综合评价明显优于对照组,有显著意义(P<0.05)。【结论】医院开展护理评估制度,有利于完善护理风险防范措施,能够有效防范与减少医院不良事件和安全隐患的发生。[ Objective ] To investigate the role of quality service and responsibility nursing assessment system in the improvement of the quality of medical care. [ Methods ] 377 inpatients in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the high quality service and responsibility nursing evaluation group （185 cases in control group, 192 patients in evaluation group）. Both groups were conducted with general nursing and treatment, hut the evaluation group was also carried out with relevant nursing security screening and assessment. The indexes of pain, risk of fall, pressure sore, infection rate, nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups. [ Results ] The indexes of pain, risk of fall, pressure sore, infection rate, nursing service satisfaction were significantly better in the evaluation group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The implementation of nursing evaluation system in hospitals is beneficial to the improvement of the nursing risk prevention measures, effectively preventing and reducing the occurrence of hospital adverse events and hidden safety hazards.
