参芪扶正注射液对急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入后心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪扶正注射液对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)后左心功能的影响。方法:280例AMI患者PCI术后随机分为对照组(予双联抗血小板、调脂稳定斑块及抗心肌重塑等治疗)和观察组(在对照组治疗的基础上加用参芪扶正注射液静滴(250 m L,每天1次),连用10 d),每组140例。治疗后第5 d,比较两组脑钠肽(BNP)、心肌肌钙蛋白(c Tn)I,第10 d比较两组疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末内径(LVSED)和左室舒张末内径(LVDED),对比6 min步行试验(6 MWT)。结果:观察组症状和体征均有明显改善,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);PCI后观察组LVDED、LVSED、BNP和c Tn I降低程度及LVEF和6 MWT水平升高更明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:参芪扶正注射液能改善AMI患者PCI术后的心功能。Objective：To observe the effect of Shenqifuzheng injection on cardiac function of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）patients after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods：AMI patients after PCI were divided randomly into control group（dual antiplatelet,statins,and preventing cardiac remodeling drugs）and observation group（on the basis of therapy of control group,given Shenqifuzheng injection（250 m L/d）,for 10 days）. The brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）and cardiac troponin I（c Tn I）levels between two groups were compared on the 5th day after therapy. The curative effect left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular systolic end diameter（LVSED）,left ventricular diastolic end diameter（LVDED）and 6 minutes walking test（6 MWT）between two groups were compared on the 10 th day after therapy. Results：In the observation group,the symptoms and signs were markedly improved,and the curative effect was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The decreased LVSED,LVDED,BNP,c Tn I and increased LVEF,6MWT in the obseravation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.01）after PCI. Conclusion：The Shenqifuzheng injection can improve the cardiac function of AMI patients after PCI therapy.
