摘　　要：目的：建立测定白金丸中吉马酮含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法：采用Fortis-C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,以乙腈∶水（73∶27）为流动相,流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长220 nm。结果：吉马酮在0.0084-0.1680 mg/m L浓度范围内有良好线性关系（r=0.9998）,平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.66%。结论：本法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于白金丸中吉马酮的含量测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of germacrone in Baijin Wan. Methods The HPLC system consisted of the Fortis-C18 （4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm）column,the mobile phase consisted of HCN-H2O（73： 27）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 ,the column temperature was 30 0C ,the UV detector was set at 220 nm. Results The linear responsive range was from O. 0084 to 0. 1680 mg/mL（ r =0. 9998）. The average recovery of germacrone was 99.0% ,and RSD was 1.66%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and repeatable. It can be applied for determination of germacrone in Baijin Wan.
