摘　　要：介绍了黄河下游区域概况,分析了区域林业发展存在的主要问题,基于国家粮食生产核心区和中原经济区两大国家战略规划视觉,研究探讨了黄河下游林业生态建设模式、绿色富民产业发展模式和生态文化设施构建模式,以实现该区域林业可持续发展。The general situation of the lower reaches region of the Yellow River was introduced, and the main problems existing in the regional forestry development were analyzed in this paper, while forestry ecological construction mode in the downstream of the Yellow River, green enriching the people industry development model and the ecological cultural facilities construction mode were discussed in order to achieve the sustainable development of forestry in the regional based on two big national strategic plan for the development of vision, the national food production core area and the Central Plains economic area.
