摘  要:通过对铁水成分和转炉冶炼终点生产数据的统计分析,研究了影响转炉终点钢水残锰含量的因素及其变化规律,并以此优化转炉操作,提高终点残锰含量,降低生产成本。Through the statistical analysis of the chemical compsotion of molten iron and the production data at end-point of the BOF, factors influencing the residual manganese content in liquid steel at end- point of the BOF and their variations have been investigated. Based on the investigation results, the converter operation has been optimized, the residual manganese content at the smelting end-point has been increased, and the production cost has been reduced.
