摘  要:由于使用工况恶劣,临氢设备用钢要抵抗高温、高压、临氢环境的影响,所以用户对临氢设备用12Cr2Mo1R钢板要求极其苛刻。针对宝钢生产的临氢设备用12Cr2Mo1R钢板,从化学成分、生产工艺、夹杂物控制及不同热处理状态组织及力学性能等方面进行详细分析,结果表明,宝钢生产的12Cr2Mo1R厚板性能优良,完全满足临氢设备用钢相关的技术要求,且有较大的性能裕量。Generally, 12Cr2MolR plate will be a candidate for manufacturing equipment contacting hydrogen. These equipments will service in high temperature, high pressure and also in hydrogen atmosphere. Due to the complicated service condition the plate faces, the properties of 12Cr2MolR heavy plate should be excellent. In this paper, the 12Cr2MolR heavy plate manufactured by Baosteel with different heat treatment conditions was analyzed. The research work mainly focused on chemical composition ,inclusion, microstructure and mechanical properties of 12Cr2MolR heavy plate. All results indicated that the properties of the 12Cr2MolR heavy plate were excellent enough to meet all of the requirement of the standards and the consumers.
