摘  要:针对制备TATB产生的废水,采用电解工艺,对电解破坏TATB的规律进行研究。通过单因素实验,探索了废水浓度、电解时间、电解电压、极板间距、支持电解质、p H值等因素对CODCr去除率的影响规律,确定了正交实验的各因素及水平,进而设计正交实验,研究TATB电解破坏的最佳条件。结果表明,废水浓度为800mg/L,极板间距为60mm,电解电压为12V,电解时间为60min,电解质含量为35g/L,p H值为6.0时,CODCr去除率为89.1%。Aimed at wastewater produced from TATB production, the rules of decomposition of TATB by electrolysis process were studied. The factors such as CODCr concentration of influent, plate distance, voltage, electrolyte, p H value, treating time were analyzed employing single factor tests, then the orthogonal tests were carried out. The results show that under the best conditions which were influent CODCr concentration of 800mg/L, plate distance of 60 mm, voltage of 12 V, electrolyte of 35g/L, p H value of 6.0, and treating time of 60 min, the CODCr removal rate is 89.1%.
