摘　　要：针对撞击底火输出火焰长度和持续时间的定量测试问题,以落锤仪作为改造基础,自行设计了试验工装,利用高速摄影机和光电传感器搭建了撞击底火输出火焰长度和持续时间的综合测试平台,并对底-6乙底火进行测试。测试结果表明,该测试平台可以有效测出底火的输出火焰长度和持续时间,为考核底火的长贮性能提供决策依据。Aimed at quantitative testing problem about the output flame length and duration of percussion primer, a comprehensive test platform for the output flame length and duration of percussion primer was build, using the self-designed test fixture, drop weight tester, silicon photovoltaic cells and high-speed photography. Meanwhile, the output flame length and duration of DJ-6B primer was tested. The results show that the test platform can effectively measure the length and duration of output fire, and provide basis for examining the long period storage performance of the primer.
