多焦点人工晶状体植入治疗白内障的效果及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨多焦点人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障的效果及总结护理要点。方法对本院收治的42例(42眼)白内障患者行超声乳化联合多焦点人工晶体植入手术,术前后配合做好护理工作。结果 42例患者手术均顺利进行,术后无发生并发症,术前后患者视力情况比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,术后患者视力明显优于术前。结论多焦点人工晶状体可以明显提高患者近视力,从而提高患者生活质量。术前做好患者心理护理、健康教育及指导,完善术前检查工作,术后做好患者病情观察及用眼卫生指导,其对促进患者康复起着重要的作用。Objective To investigate the key nursing points during and after phacoemulsification and intraocular implantation of multiple focus lens. Method Pre-and post-operative nursing was done to the patients undergoing cataract Surgery for 42 eyes of 42 patients. Result All surgeries were well done without complication. The patients＇ visual acuity had significant improvement after operation as compared to the pre-operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Intraocular implantation with a muhiple focus lens can markedly improve the patients＇ vision and enhance their life quality. It is important for a nurse to conduct mental care, health education and complete preoperative examination. After surgery, the disease conditions should be. carefully monitored and instructs on eye protection should be done to the patients for the purpose of promoting their recovery.
