摘　　要：直线式衬布黏合机是适应服装黏合工艺而发展起来的一种专用设备。黏合机必须要经过本机各项性能测试,再根据不同黏合衬布来选用不同的工作参数,才能实现经过衬布黏合处理的服装达到耐干洗、耐水洗、不起皱、不变形的效果。黏合机在使用过程中经常会出现调整不当,工作失常等各种故障,该文也简要介绍了HP-900LFS型直线式衬布黏合机几种常见故障的排除方法。The straight liner fusing press is adopt to clothing sticky match a craft but develop of a kind of appropriation equipments.Sticky match machine have to want after this machine various performance tests, again according to dissimilarity sticky match Resin padding cloth to choose different work parameter, then can carry out to be after Resin padding cloth stick to matching processed clothing to attain to adapt dry cleaning, adapt water to wash, don＇t shrivel, the effect of the constant form.Sticky match machine in the process of using in usually appear to adjust not appropriate, work disorder wait various breakdown, this text also introduced the exclusion method of machine a few familiar breakdowns about The LFS HP-900 type straight liner fusing press.
